I am currently a B.I. Developer performing tasks such as developing reporting tools

Currently I am in a team that oversees reporting for different markets. It is a great team I have had to exposure to a lot of different aspects of the B.I. Space. I have also had managerial and project management experience in the projects I have been part of that has grown me to more in terms of career advancement.

Pros: Room for career advancement into senior roles
Cons: Long working hours

Growing experience.

I work 8 hours I have learned how to work in a team.I have learned how to work on a project. Working as a developer is what makes me happy and I enjoy the most.

Pros: Great working with a team of great people
Cons: Less authority and challenges.
