I have learnt how to work with people and face with what challnge that the company faces

i am a hardwoker ,always willing to learn. i am also willing to work underpresure,a non alchoholic and non smoker,i will always catch the vision of the company and assit to grow it further. sometimes workers would strike in this company but by God 's grace i always manage to calm them down.i can be very aggresive sometimes on operations just to make sure i push enough production.

Pros: i had a great opportunity to lead people
Cons: i have been working for 9 hours,even more sometimes
