Excellent work and inviroment to work and great people to work for

working with IDL is an experience that will not be forgotten the things you learn on an daily basis has molded me and given me a lot of knowledge that i can take with me for years to come started a DC in Port Elizabeth and from there on i came to the best Inventory Controller in out inter company that was a feet on its own and the best WMS and systems controller there is at the moment if it was not for the though financial times we are having i will stay till the day i cant work any more and still miss them all

My personality in a nut shell is as per below:

I have excellent written and oral communications skills with a vast knowledge of people and their heritages. I can work great under pressure and very good at problem solving. I want to excel in everything I do and go home knowing that my work is up to date and that I have given my all during the day. Worktime is not playtime. I have a passion to learn and increase my work skills. I love working with people that can think for themselfs but if the are stuck with a problem I gladly assist as far as possible or look for someone to help solve the problem. Please and thank you is not swear words and asking for help does not make you a lesser person.

Pros: I am a hard working person always trying to do more and pressure people to also give their all.
Cons: I get irritated with people not pulling their weight and pass the work off to someone else to do the work.

Excellent learning curve

It was a great learning experience and opportunity to have worked at IDL.the team culture and team spirit was great.iwas promot8to transport manager after working a year for the company.s

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
