Good working environment

Good working environment. Corporative coworkers, who got long. Learned Assembling of gifts for clients and developed a high organisational skills, as well as an outstanding written and verbal skills. A typical day in the office consists of debt collections, debtors, working switchboard, filing, dispatch. Scanning and creating a filing system. Software used: Chase and QuickBooks. Microsoft Excel, MS Word and Outlook. Enjoyed meeting and greeting of clients, reaching targets. Challenging aspect is difficult clients, when chasing payments.

Good working environment

Good working environment, co-workers get along. Help eachother to reach deadlines and targets on time. Typical day consists of debtors, chasing payments, filing, switchboard, scanning and creating a filing system. Software used: Chase, Quickbooks, MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook. Enjoy working with clients, providing a service and get a good review and feedback from them. Challenging aspect is dealing with difficult clients, when they have made payments on time. I have learned on how to handle irate customers.
