Excellent leaner

I'm currently employed as a shift production foreman. My is such that I have approximately 15 employees reporting to me on daily basis. The type of that I do is to plan, delegate and coach on daily basis. The team that I have under my control is a winning team and the reason for that was hard work. My relationship with my team I would describe it as very good one because we are approachable irrespective the situation. I enjoying working with people especially people of different race groups and understanding their culture. All aspects of our job is challenging because paint manufacturing is a very interesting concept.

Pros: Solving challenging each other to do more that is expected.
Cons: Doing things in a smarter way.
