I have achive so many thing as lecturer because we even do online stuff develpment

I believe in that as a person you have to grow according to the relevant knolwedge i have been dreaming all the time to be trade tasted so i wont waste that chance if i get it

Pros: To be an qualified electrician
Cons: i can work many hour as long as they will show their appriciation over me

Challenges your mind

In a short space of time I have develop management skills in a diverse class with people from different background. I have learn to lay myself down for the success of the college and go an extra mile for the sake of helping students to be independent leaders of tomorrow. I am able to resolve conflicts and prepare people to have a productive day in a logic manner.

Pros: Great challenge with lots of opportunities
Cons: Long hours company is always protecting itself more than the success of the staff.

Great Experience

I have learned lots in the short time I am here. I am looking for better growth. Need a better work ethics environment so that I can enjoy what im doing here in another company

Not good working conditions.

Not good working conditions. great relations with colleagues. good experience lecturing . love changing the lives of students Company has no benefits at all. contract is not clear as to working hours and remuneration never increases even after 3 years of working here.

Pros: experinece in lecturing
Cons: no structure
