Safety first,,,,,, I always put safety first I always work with a smile always willing to help ,,good telephone skills when answering a cellphone. Team work is important. The most challenging is when you receive a call s while you busy with some danger job

Team work,,, Trustworthy

Always working as a team work,,,, Trustworthy. The most challenging is when you not finish the job in time. The relationship with the co- workers is very food. I enjoy a lot when we I help someone,, because I learn something new everyday

Excellent learning curve

I have veen trained as a facilitator and have completed Assessor training...have a strong relationship with the staff...everything that i have done so far has been a good learning experience... In terms of compiling lesson plans, tests, mark schedules..capturing marks and submitting to coordinator on time.

Pros: Good opportunity for promotion
Cons: Communication barriers with coordinator

Good working place

I have learn a lot from my colleagues..we work together as a team and respect each other which is the most important part in the working place. I'm a hard working individual able to work without supervision

Excellent Entry job

I currently work for a higher education training private institution as the Student Counsellor and the Experiential Learning Coordinator based in Pietermaritzburg, I help to establish and administer programs that help in all round development of the students, strengthening relationship between the educational institute and its supporters. Assist in conducting and administrating training for the academic staff development.

Pros: Challenging not based on one task
Cons: lack guardians
