Learning as I go

I'm looking for growth, where I can start from just being a normal cashier up to managerial positions. Currently have been a cashier with no signs of growth,salary increasing that alone demoralizes a person and the work performance becomes impacted. Currently work 15 hours each day, and work with 3 people the relationship is good..what I enjoy most is meeting new people, and what challenges me is the difference in customer behavior.

Pros: Learning experience
Cons: 15 hours everyday

Managerial

When I started in retail I was new but eager to learn of which I did, now I consider myself as good as I can be but also willing to learn and improve on all abilities. I'm easy to work with always open to hearing new and innovative ideas from my peers..easy to talk too and a good advisor wishes are to become a manager one day in my life because leading is one of my strongest points. I love meeting new people talking to customers getting to know regulars makes them feel at home when coming in to the store.

Pros: Would love to learn my way up to managerial point
Cons: I'm use to long hours currently work 8 to 22:30
