IBP Africa Reviews

Still very new, ideal for school leavers and new graduates

We see between 10 to 15 customers per day, we are a very small team and usually things get done because of the size of the company. We generally get on well with each other. Everyday is different - dealing with client queries and complaints regarding out of stock issues, complaints regarding price, as well as the general selling in of the entire basket range. Very little is enjoyable except the team members that make working there bearable. The frustrating part is having to explain to customers why a certain product is out of stock especially when you don't know when the problem might be resolved.

Pros: There are prospects for growth because of the size of the company
Cons: Because it is owned by one guy, he does as he pleases and often takes unilateral decisions
