I have a Diploma in Financial Accounting. I am working at IBM as a Junior Database Administrator and worked as a Junior Database Administrator IT Helpdesk Consultant. Prior to my current position I worked as a Senior Customer Service Consultant in a call centre environment for 6 years. I am looking for a position that will afford me the opportunity to become an integral part of your Company/Organization and enhance your efficiency and company/organization with my skills.

very busy workday good relationship with co-workers always sharing knowledge I have learned to take ownership of my work and work individually and independently

Mainframe Exposure

Environment has a lot of pressure Co-workers are very experienced and pay attention to details which make them to delegate some activities to me and they are very helpful This has been a learning curve for me especially in the Technical world I have gained a lot of different systems
