Good learning curve and open to growth

Working at iapa was a amazing place to be in. The company was open yo growth. Co-workers are a vara gate . I've learnt the most how to deal with angry clients. I've been exposed to good and amazing clients. I love the part that working with numbers and solving for X is amazing. It keeps you thinking. The most challenging part is when your amounts don't balance and you have to envestigate but it's still nice to do.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Lot after work and long hours

GREAT LEARNING EXPERIENCE

Its a great environment to work in, we have different genders and race,as for a typical day start 8.30 cleaning the office , printing out financials, making tea in between for clients, filling and opening new files for clients, send out post and archive files , send the to the storage and multi task jobs in between, then its basically home time. Lunch on the go.

Pros: GREAT EXPERIENCE IN TERMS OF COMPUTER SKILLS
