Learning curve

It's not really bad but you really have to be stranded to put up with all the unfairness and deceptions. Nothing is black and white and you just never know what might happen. It does help a lot of people around tjough

Excellent learning environment

The environment was brilliant, co workers were sociable and helpful when faced with a tricky situation. I have learnt alot in the industry and has made individual decisons in order to satisfy the customers requirements and needs

Grow is always an option

Night shift job that involves a lot of talking. Dealing with Home Insurance claims. Interaction with colleagues is what keeps us vibrant through the night. Rewards and games every so random month to motivate employees.
