Excellent learning curve and a place to grow one development skills

A typical work day would be developing database queries and completing cage requests on the F/E required by our client. Having dev stand-ups to discuss progress and obsticles. I have gained/learned my reporting development skills and enjoy my front-end the most. Completed in Angular, HTML, SCSS etc

Founding members have to strong a hold on the company culture

Founding members have too strong a hold on the company culture and no political will to change. Management by crisis. Still stuck in old vendor technology

Not a company for blacks

The racism in the company is so visible, you go through it every day. If you're someone who wants to grow his/her software development skills is definitely not a company to go to. Junior developers they are assigned small tasks so that they don't gain much experience because they will leave, the senior developers do all the work.

Cons: Racist company, low rate and work is divided among seniors

Not sure

i do not know what to write, no benefits, being under paid, not recognized or appreciated, lack of communication. no access to some of the important tools

A dynamic team of go getters.

Dynamic, small team of self starters and go getters. Great bunch of people to work with. You are encouraged to grow, take responsibility, be innovative and all ideas are considered. But you must have courage and confidence because if you can’t back yourself you will get walked over by those who are stronger and can argue a point better. You also get to work with a variety of clients in different industries and with different technology requirements so there is something new to learn every week.

Pros: You are encouraged to be innovative, take ownership and upskill yourself whenever the opportunity presents itself.
Cons: Inconsistent work demans
