Excellent working environment

my typical work day includes immediate response to emails from various stakeholders that might have been sent during the course of the evening while away for maximum stakeholder management. Prioritize my daily activities as per the weekly plan and share with my team those that need their attention as we work as teams at times before sharing with the external role players. .The challenging aspect of this job is the delayed response from the same role players and decisions need to be made on the spot something that often leads to deadlines being missed that is coupled with the missing sense of urgency and gets frustrating to someone who is results oriented like myself.

Pros: great exposure as a learning opportunity for me
Cons: extensive travelling

Excellent working environment

The environment is conducive and my work entails extensive travelling where I meet different people. At I-TECH we work closely as a team and have excellent working relationship, its like having another family away from your family. I have learned a lot in terms of Research Data collection, Data Quality Assurance, Data storage and Cleaning. I enjoy being in the filed an interviewing participants. And most of all meeting targets whilst being away from our homes. The most challenging aspects of our job is securing appointments with our stakeholders. They are working in harsh environments and we take up their limited time to assist us in conducting research.

Pros: More to learn and travel.
Cons: No opportunities promotion.
