Rollercoaster

The job at I-talk was challenging considering that I worked for the highest department, which was the ABSA campaign. The team leaders really lacked the leadership skills, instead all they knew was to shout, other's were just amazing, firm but fair and the hours were craz.y Besides the negatives, I loved working there, I loved the pressure and working with different people. The salary was low but I felt like I had a purpose every morning I woke up. I-TALK wasn't a great place but I loved it and no matter how tired I was, I worked with as much energy as possible because, I love working. The reason I was able to be so positive, it was my first official job and I didn't want to bring any negative energy to work, I always believe to separate my personal life and work life, despite how I feel.

Pros: Great learning opportunity
Cons: Long working hours, super low salary and rude team leaders

Great target sales wi

Not so excellent

Great learning opportunities

About my job

Long working hours where sometimes making sales because very hard and can go a week with no sales. Leaders have no sense of peaceful communication but rather just want the job done without even having any strategic ideas and motivation. I love my work because of the interaction I have with the customer throughout calls and that has improved my customer communication skills and well and marketing and selling good or services on the line. It has broaden up my mental space and think ahead.

You learn to manage your work

You can't say you have a stable job because companies are taking away their products elsewhere and companies are pulling away your job positions are not safe you can be denoted doesn't matter where you are a team leader, manager whatever your job description
