Work Experience at a Work Place

I really enjoy working at an environment were people understand each other because i am a well going person who does whats possible to achieve her goals. I love taking my co-workers as family because there are always there for me in most cases. There are a lot of things that i have learnt from my previous job. One of which is to love anyone the way they are and not concetrate on their mistakes. I have learnt how to associate myself with others. I enjoy doing what in feel like makes me happy without forgeting how it will affect my surroundings. But mostly i enjoy dancing. The most challenging aspect of my previous job is dealing with my co-worker's moods.

Pros: call centre
Cons: The working hours were not bad at all. They were only 09 hours a day. Leading to 45 hours in a week.

Challenging experience

I worked as an agent , offering clients a customer service with regards to credit limit increase for And bank.we work very well as a team that knew that they were hungry for money and motivating

Excellent learning curve

My typical work day is a 9-5 job where I start at 8 and knock off at 5 depending on the workload I knock off late. I listen to calls that were made by agents to assess whether they were polite and followed the scripts and did not mislead the client's or forcefully sell the products. The challenging aspect is when the agents don't listen to my feedback when being corrected. I work well with the employees and have no pride in asking for input when I don't understand what happened or what was said in the calls. I enjoy engainh with agents who need assistance to better their calls.

Excellent environment

The company is good,makes money and we a group of young people who are full of energy. The only bad side of it is the salary and no bonuses at the end of the year,you get fired anytime,lose R500 if you miss work for a day even if you got a doctor's letter.. Relationship with my co workers is best,we engage with everything,meet target,work well together The part I love about working there is your surrendered by your age group, different products and get to learn more and has a learnership programme. What I've learned is,in the sales business you need to capitalise in the morning and make the most of it before lunch time. When you make target every week You make money

Absolutely devalues a person's worth.

Work starts at 7am and knock out time is at 7pm. Workers basic salary is deducted if worker has to take a day off to attend varsity lessons, mind you the basic salary is R2620 but there wasn't an employee who received such payment at all. Commission made we never got paid for it all of a sudden we'll only receive Commission if we reach 80 sales monthly. QA (Penelope Sebelebele) will find anything to bring back sales even if there's nothing wrong, address you with disrespect. Product sold to the clients is not actually what clients will receive. If client does not agree to the benefits, client will receive debit orders of money never agreed on. The team leader will judge you according to people's opinions and is not professional. Work overtime but never get paid for it.

Pros: Hire every single day but choose for you to which company you'll work for.
Cons: Long Working Hours with no overtime paid

Excellent working experience.

Co-workers are friendly and helpful. The environment is full of warmth. I've learnt how to approach clients in terms of selling products. I've learnt how to work in a team.

Great learning experience

I got to improve my interpersonal skills and also improve my communication skills. It was challenging working for those very long hours and only getting a day off on Sundays. I had a good relationship with my co-workers and as well as my team leaders and manager.

Learning curve

-had targets to reach on a daily basis -had a strong relationship with my Co-workers though I was not there to make any friends. -working as a quality Assurer was my first job experience , it was exciting bring responsible and being self dependent. -I have learnt to work in teams and with people on a daily basis whether it's on the phone with a customer or my Co-workers and working under pressure to reach targets.

Excellent learning curve

Working very long hours. Had a very awesome relationship with my co-workers. Reaching daily targets was what I learned and also presenting the product to clients. Interacting with different clients. I enjoyed Overcoming objection from clients. Most challenging aspects og the job was to make the clients to buy the product coz some think it's a scam.
