* Processing of all creditors invoices and payment * All Creditors reconciliations * Payments and processing thereof * Cheque books/ EFT control * Consolidation of Creditors Age analysis * Filing * Month end provisions (creditor and order provisions, warranty provisions, DIC provisions, etc.) * Opening of new supplier accounts * EFT payment loading * Daily deposits of cheques, cash etc. * Petty Cash (R12000 float) * Email Correspondence with suppliers * Supplier Queries * Creditor Journals * Ordering of stationary * Assisting Accountant with month end reports such as Tax add info, Regional Add Info, Key Ratio report, Sustainability report, Analysis of expenses, Warranty GWMS report, etc. Debtors statements, invoices and confirmations * Cash on hand daily, and clearing done on month end * Cash account consolidation for Workshop & Parts * Audit templates * Reconciliation of back end accounts * Debtors collections * Daily bank statement receipts and Staff Debtor receipts

It is vitally important to ensure that I apply maximum effort in all that I embark upon, since it is clear that your success is directly proportional to the effort expended. What is also understood is that prioritization is equally important to ensure that if we have limited time the most important requirements are fulfilled
