Amazing Work ethic

it is an amazing workplace environment, the staff is great if you respect and treat them well. i have learnt so much since i started working for Hyundai in 2019 i understand how each department works and how a company can well well with assisting each department.

Pros: Potential to grow and enhanced knowledge of the motor industry(working in all departments)
Cons: Long hours during month end

More Qualification the more you earn better salary

A typical work day is Mondays, very busy day , my co-workers are good on their own ways, i'm so friendly with all of them, i learn that i need to study while i'm working in oder to get more qualification and get the better salary, the thing that i enjoy the most, is to learn more new things as my Sinoir Stock Controller training me in Stock Controller Department, i enjoy to grow up in Business, lastly my challenge is people i'm working with either the clients or my co-workers, while i'm trying to do my best, they keep on distracting me, but i'm overcoming them on the daily basic, i need to be one step ahead of them, on top of that the filling and doing Licence and Registration, daily, it's very challenging

Pros: few oppotunity for promotions
Cons: long hours
