Good for a first job experience

Its a big retail company with not much room for furthering your career. Its a family owned business which does not have corporate set up. There is stores throught KZN which is very interesting to work. I lack management support to execute my full capabilities as i previously work for KZN Government health department. I love my job but feel in not work at my full potential

Excellent managerial skills

My job is to basically design and create new and innovative ideas together with a food technologist, research and develop new recipes, costings, training of staff, executing the launch, then making sure the recipe is constant.

Pros: Teaches me to be a better manager
Cons: Long working hours

Corporate company which has new adventures weekly

I've never worked in a corporate before but it is a good learning experience has i learnt alot and still learning more I've controlled over 20 staff in a store and treated them fairly Everyday is new learning experience for me as new aspects are given to us I work over 10hrs a day with limited time off

I enjoyed working with my core workers

I worked at Hypercheck, I learnt lot of things.Which includes doing Marketing research for the company,I learnt how to design phamphlets as well as point of sale for the company,Dealing with customer complaints and ensuring that the customer is satisfied. I will forever be grateful

Great learning experience

Great company to work in, managers that guide their team, everyone works together, helping each other out. Typical day would include pulling out reports and analyze stock counts I worked well with my team and members from the other departments, this also helped me understand my work better The challenges I faced was going to stores and working the store times, as it was difficult and stressful because transportation at late hours was difficult

Team work , dedication has taught me nothing is impossiblr.

Challenges were dealing with very difficult customers but winning them over at the end which made me feel proud of my accomplishment and gaining new customers
