Good experiance

Good day I am Andro joubert and i would like to be a part of your team , i started my construction career as a welder and pipe fitter with semi skilled boilermaker ,and worked my way up as a construction supervisor and then welding supervisor i pride my self in being a people person and my skills have moved me up to become a welding coach training 15 to 40 people at a time i do believe that i would be a big asset to your team Kind Regards Andro Joubert

Excellent learning with all new experiences learnt with high levels of stress.

I excell when working under pressure in order to meet deadlines.I am a dilligent worker who offers much to any company I work for. I hope to expand my views in every aspect of my line of work therefore I am willing to take on any challenge at any given time. Hope this meets you with favour.

I enjoy my job and take pride in what i do

A typical day for me is getting toolbox talk and safety ready for my 30 students then start with tool inspection and move on to daily task and expectation managing 30 od students takes patience ,and people skills and i pride my self in that i'm a people person ,i then focus on any obstacles that my arise and find solutions before end of shift daily inspection ,i have learnt that the best feeling is giving your best at the end of the day ,self-respect go's a long way ,if i would have to chose a challenging aspect of my job it would be knowing quantity over quality

Excellent

I would say i work under pressure daily because i have daily deadlines to reach, my relationship with my co-workers it is strictly based for work, i ask for help to them when needed, i also help them when ask for it, i like learning a lot from my co-workers and i respect them a lot because i also like to be respected. I've learnt to have passion and be committed at my job. I learnt to keep confidential information as it is expected from me and to also respect my job. i also learnt to overcome challenges. Mostly at work i enjoy working hard, working as a team and reach certain goals i have, i enjoy it when my employers shows appreciations about my work and set us goals. The main challenge about this work is keeping things professional.

Day to day tasks

on every Monday I do payroll Tuesday I do standby and leave forms Wednesday I do induction bookings and the rest of the week i do invoicing.I get along with co-workers as much as I can , I have learnt the most about the way business works from my supervisors and it has helped me accomplish a lot this year. I enjoy the payroll aspect of my job. Every day brings along a new challenge.

Good

I am a qualified international welding inspection personnel basic level (Diploma) from IIW which accredited SAIW and a competent B-Class Welder with welding application and practice NQF level 2 from CHIETA and I have experience working in petrochemical industry for 3-5 years.

Pros: Great working skills

Excellent work exposure

I am working under Hydra-arc as a Boilermaker at a steel company in Secunda (SKYHILL). My duties are :Marking off and assembling structures and other mechanical components, Welding (Arc Welding and CO 2), Fabrication, Cutting with Oxy-acetylene torch etc. I working in different environments (indoors and outdoors) I adapt very well in all environments we work on. I work very well as a team member whose always punctual and friendly to co-workers.

Pros: I stand a good chance to be promoted because I dedicate mysel to any job I'm doing eg Cutting with a grinder I make sure that my measurements are accurate and I finish work in time. I have a good relationship with my Seniors and also co-workers in my level.
Cons: Working normal hours
