It's a great company to work for but you have to be ready to be put in deep ends.

Every busy day coz you have to be on your own ..no overtime is granted thus killing the vibe.but co workers are great company even the senior management they are easily accessible

Time management

I work from 8h00 to 16h30 weekly as a technician.sometimes I work 12 - 16h per week depending on the customer 's demand.I program washing machine according to customer's need and I become their solution.that make me to have an excellent relation ship,working as a team that is what I enjoy the most but the challenges is that we sometimes do not agree on one opinion that become a challenging aspect .I learnt to manage my family and work time

Pros: As a small branch there is very limited promotion oportunities due to our management structure.
Cons: I sometimes work between 12 - 16h depending on customers need

Excellent learning curve.

Hychem manufactures cleaning chemical. I entered the company as a laborotary assistant, I started assisting in production and inventory. My duties include testing all the samples to make sure they comply with the specifications, making job cards, processing Bom sheets, taking care of laborotary equipment, producing COA's. I also assist in transferring stock from different stores, receiving raw meterials, checking stock levels and filing of documents. I work directly with men the most in the factory, it was a bit difficult at first but I have learnt how to create a workable environment with them, me putting my foot down about work does not ruin our working relationship in any way.

Pros: Learning new things all the time.
Cons: Not growing anymore, less opportunity for promotion.

I was promoted within a year of being in the company.

My day to day responsibilities include running operations, ensuring that staff adheres to manufacturing and quality management procedures. Ensuring that Health and Safety measures are in place. Generating quotes to customers. Involved in costing and determining selling prices for products. Liaising with clients and ensuring that their needs are met and prioritized. Capturing all financial data Reporting on performance versus budget.

Pros: Lots of growth opportunities, encourages diversity
Cons: Long hours
