Working Experience

My daily duties: I discount and review existing policies by giving discount. Amend policies. Do compliance and underwriting. I also add new cars and add items to existing policies. (Upselling) Also deal with unpaids and cancel policies. I send welcome packs to new clients and updated policy schedule after updating information or adding items to the policies. I'm also a good team player, work well with others and also willing to learn new things. I love making sure the clients are happy and well taken care of at all times and professionally. Taking calls, tackling the mailbox and sending welcome packs is quite challenging, but with self discipline and time management it's possible to do it, especially if you have to do everything on your own.

Pros: There is a great opportunity for growth as the company is not that big for now.
Cons: I'm currently working from 8-5. I wouldn't mind working long hours.

Always shows respect to others

My review 1. A typical work day - Always Been busy during a standard days work. 2. My relationship with co-workers - Always been a Team Player don't have any Issues with Co-workers. 3. What I've have learnt - New systems many different process with different brokerages . 4. What I've enjoyed the most - The caliber of People the great work environment and ultimately been able to complete work timorously. 5. The most challenging aspects of the job- when Co workers take time off at the same time and the influx of work piles up . I am a fun person that always shows respect to others and pride myself on focusing on my work and very eager to learn new environments

Excellent learning curve

Good relationship with co workers start at 8am finish at 5pm I have learnt a lot, been placed in many positions The people Most challenging is not being given right opportunities according to experience and qualifications

Huge learning curve

When you go work for this company, brace yourself to be ripped apart by all of the directors and their families l. Uneducated staff and the BOD does not follow advice from experienced staff members.
