Very healthy working environment

A day at work consist of making calls to debtors, resolving queries and information giving. It is very fun and time goes really fast when at work. The management cares a lot about the employees and should one encounter any problems they are always ready to assist. The system's are functioning very well so it makes it easier to use internet, capture data and make calls.

Pros: Fun working environment with caring management
Cons: No opportunity for growth

Learning curve

Good company but they can do better in terms of taking good care of their employees especially financially and emotionally, however my relationship with my fellow coworkers is good but their treatment definitely needs to improve, you work to hard but get nothing out of it to motivate you instead you work extra time just for exceeding bathroom regardless of your situation at the present moment.

Cons: Normal working hours
