Great learning curve. Good challenge

Rewarding experience working as a Software Trainee technician. Learnt a lot about Siemens S7 PLCs, variable speed drives and HMI software. Hybrid automation provides services to many major corporations in Africa. Exposure to these different working environments has been highly beneficial to my growth. The working environment is casual yet goal driven. The most challenging aspects of the job we're learning new technology, such as the Universal Robots CB3. I had the pleasure of aiding the programming of the CB3 (Cobot) which is currently being used in a factory in Durban.

Pros: Great exposure for new technicians
Cons: Interns earn a low salary
