The management and labour committee evaluate the performance monthly of each team. The political interfere is the most challenging aspecf of our services that we have to offer. Our team has learnt over the years to think out of the box and come with creative and innovative ideas that seek to support human resources which our core business

Customer Related Environment

As a customer orientated organisation we have meetings and briefings most of the time between management and employees. Meeting with teams are very effective in implementing resolutions that has been taken by management, as well as welcoming new initiative and sustainable solutions to challenges in the workplace. Timeframes are important in the customer related environment especially to our situation where we deal with officials and communities. Knowing your targets, policies and procedures empower one to excel in any given task; hence the weekly team meetings serve that purpose to encourage and strength employees. The major challenge with public sector is the political principals that at other times have a political vested mandate and as officials we must implement those decisions.

Covering letter of Yandiswa Gunya I’m a well dedicated person, self-motivated starter, hard worker and enthusiastic person always keen to learn and embark to new ideas. I strive to be the best in all I do. I enjoy working and interacting with people. I am flexible and will adapt to any environment I get thrown into. I’m currently working as Construction Project Manager / Construction project administrator (Intern) in the department of Human Settlements. I have developed strong communication skills, verbal and written. I also have expanded and developed effective report writing skills, because it is junior project manager’s duty to provide a detailed presentation with regard to project progress on site. Advanced interpersonal skills; good telephone etiquette; well-developed computer skills, as well as organizing skills.

8-9 hours per day friendly relationship I have learnt communication skills, customer care skills, computer skills, working under pressure without close supervision. time management dedication I enjoy chatting during my spare time

I had an amazing experience it has been a wonderful ride.

Woking with human settlements has been the greatest honour and amazing ride,I now have the knowledge in the interpretation of legislations and policies, and have knowledge of dealing with stakeholders and gain skills of dealing with various people especially those with complaints, I enjoyed everything about the department especially when we host graduations and govern Mbeki awards, I had an amazing experience, the most challenging aspects of the job was when we have to go and address learners (community) especially when they are not paid /their stipends are delayed, I have good working relationship with the team they are like sisters and brothers my manager is the most amazing boss she like a mother the way she conducted herself.

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE

Im kindly a hard worker and every co-worker want to work with me.I have good skill of working with client,communication and my passion.What i learnd is that take everything serious whether is big or small.I enjoy to how client want me to help them or how need my help.The most challenge is working under pressure by working with different client and differernt problems.
