i was participating in civil building learnership that was a skilled programme and I have gained a lot to a hard worker it was very interesting with working with different people and respect each other

Cons: it was a great opportunity for learning and meeting the deadline being a worker and the respecting each other loyalty and being honest to the job

Good skill encouragement

The company introduces new skills and works mainly on developing knowledge and giving experience to the workers and students.Working in the company has been a very great opportunity which has worked in favour of both the company and the workers mostly I have enjoyed the company's enthusiasm on grooming students
