Work well within a team. Very helpful team I am writing to apply for the position advertised. As requested, I am enclosing a completed job application and my detailed cv. The opportunity presented is very interesting, and I believe that the experience that I have will make me a very competitive candidate for this position. I have completed my National Diploma in Internal Auditing in 2008 at the Tshwane University of Technology. I have computer literacy/experience on the following computer programs MS Word, Power point, Outlook, Excel and Pastel.

Has been the stepping stone of my Career - extremely focused on development

A typical Day starts off with Planning the day ahead, First part of day -Travel needs(flight cars, accommodation) for the week ahead or workshops planned for the next few weeks-catering, traveling, venue, conference supplies Focus 0.5-1hour on emails Attend the general admin duties such as reconciliations, claims, updating of contact databases, memo`s if it is not urgent and also attend to the filling system both Electronically and hard copies. I have generally a good relationship with all employees within the organization-see myself as a peoples person and extremely approachable My time at the HSRC has taught the importance of having a balanced lifestyle - even if it is not always possible. I enjoy the nature and the culture of the work environment - challenging part of my job is the when you have to depend on other stakeholders to complete your task/or work - such as finance or payroll - hence the importance of Relationship building

Pros: The option of Flexi Hours, Development opportunities, Personal Development (Studies)
Cons: Bureaucracy

Work Experience HSRC - Most rewarding and stimulating experience.

The Typical day was to handle all internal and external calls. Distribute internal and external mail. Book boardrooms for seminars and workshops and maintain attendance register. Confirm invitations to events. Deal with all service providers and do Petty cash. Greet visitors and line-up candidates for interviews. I also perform all admin and adhoc duties as required. I enjoy people very much. Got along with most persons and my main purpose was to deliver the best service on the job. The job opened up a whole new world in terms of how the Organisation serves society and government and the work was uplifting and inspiring as the various projects was to bring sustainable solutions to challenges and served societies and humanity. A continuous learning curve and enriching environment. At times there was deadlines and pressure, but all part of the job.

Pros: Great experience, stimulatiing working environment.
Cons: It was a temporary assignment, would have loved to stay on longer.

Developing new skills

What I mostly enjoyed working at the HSRC is the working environment that is capacitated in the institution and also learning new things everyday. As researchers we always agree and disagree with another as to challenge one thought,I am capable of solving problems and when I come across any challenge I don't panic rather I take my full force to conquer the challenge.

Pros: Developing new ideas
Cons: Over worked

Excellent Learning Curve

On a typical work day we move around in doing census and capture confidential information and managing the information accordingly. We have a team of responsible individuals who are co operative and also work well with others, they respect people’s values and also accept that people have different beliefs. From my experience I can say that you will never succeed without learning so working with people enabled me to learn from others and also share the knowledge and skills that I have. I always enjoy when we meet the target within the speculated time, this shows how well we work together within the field. Since we work in the field we have to also consider aspect such as the weather and also working with people also requires patience and commitment.

Pros: Great opportunity and also advancement
Cons: Long working hours during weekends and holidays

Yes it was good to work with this company because I have learned somuch

We a the team workers ,working as a group of 4 and we enjoy working together. I didn't have any complains with this company because we where doing our job according to the job description. Our job base on communication most because we where doing the interviews and taking blood (DBS) to cto the laboratory. We where working the flexible hours depending on the number of households to do per day.

Pros: Great opportunity indeed
Cons: Few working hours
