Human Progress Management Reviews

Brilliant and variety of opportunities

Great company, various other opportunities and vast array of skills learned.. National company, with branches in neighbouring counties such as Namibia and Botswana. When working there you are part of the family and as long as you do what's expected you are very well looked after.. Challenges include not knowing when and where you will be working next week. Plans change rapidly. From sales and teaching to management and just as fast crisis avoidance is a required skill.

Pros: Vast array of skills learned
Cons: Unpredictability

Opportunity to grow as an Individual

AS the Owner manager I was responsible for growing the business. This meant visiting schools, the education departments circuit managers, school governing bodies and parent bodies to present the various educational services that Human Progress Management offered. Teachers and sales staff had to be employed and trained. Monthly reports were to be submitted to head office. During the course of the 9 years,I learnt that everything needs to be in writing. People were the biggest asset to the smooth running of the business. Listening to and resolving issues both within the business and with the client are paramount to the growth of the business and establishing solid relationships

Pros: Being recognised within the franchise structure as a mentor by my collegues
Cons: Lack of support from the head office
