Its a good working environment which has its challenges as there are people of different cultures. I have learnt to understand and also respect peoples opinions or views. I have around 10 contractors under me and all have different scopes of work eg, painting, structural, welding, electrical etc....What I enjoy most is the relationship and respect we have developed with each other.

Pros: I am on contract and I know if there is a position available I will be considered.
Cons: Project - we are working long hours

I'm technical mechanical fitter love to have with others people like to help ,the most thing I like when I got call to break down and I solved problem I fill happy

Excelent learning fast good in foult finding

good in timekeeping excelent on foult finding love to do mechanical fitting willing to learm and teach athers willing to share all ideas with the team
