I'm vincent sabasaba , my current job was machine operator at Huhtamaki ,maintance darptment to variety all things are in a good condition ,fast learning and also hardworker , i was working as a supervisor at shoprite checkers monitoring 180 people to check that they working according to the procedure of the company ,and also my duties was to checking effective patrolling a building , reporting defects and regulatrities professional mannerism when dealing with problems, be in charge during the emergency, working with CCTV cameras ,ill be available at any time when we need me at work I'm the non-smoking and drinking i just thinking about my future of sustainable my family looking forward to hearing from you soon as possible , and I'll also appreciate your help

Excellent learning curve

I work 8 hours a day Monday to Friday And I work 12 hours Saturday and Sunday which is optional. I have learned a lot within the company such as operating different machines, setting up of machines in order to get accurate results on the product. I enjoy working with different people and learn as much as I can listening to different opinion from colleagues. The challenging situation is when you have to reach your daily target while the machine gives you problems such as jam ups, creases on the product, and blow offs.

Poor learning curve

Misleading in the position available for applicants. Long process of having to prove your worth to the company. Huge opportunities of growth and development available within the company. Limited access to resources.

New challenges

I service the Printet Lines attend breakdowns. Write standard operating procedures for the Printers and help out on other machines when there are Maintenance stops. We have a very good relationship with workers it's a healthy relationship. Learned how to work with different people I enjoy solving problems Solving problems in time reducing machine down time is the most challenging aspects of the Job.
