rules changed . No perksoffered to staff.long hours with target's not humanly reachable.not transparent with all staff.labour laws described to suit company and cant be challenged

Grown so much passion for clothes

With my past experience in retail i am whilling to share it with the team,and adding the new learning i would get from the company,i will give all my the best that will give positively outcome and benefit the brand as a With my past experience in retail i am whilling to share it with the team,and adding the new learning i would get from the company,i will give all my the best that will give positively outcome and benefit the brand as a whole.

Pros: I have been working in retail for the past 4years and i have been able to find my passion for clothes and fashion,so working in retail for me is not to earn salary but to me its a career that i am whilling to take further higher get more knowledge and grow in it.I am also planning to go back to school and study fashion and designing.

I enjoy the fact that you learn a lot from the people you work with and the company itself the growth in knowledge is very good we learn a lot and we do trainings which help us in the future

Good learning curve

A typical work day includes opening the store when the manager is off. House keeping. Recon of the previous days's sale. Relationship with co workers is great. We have our days but we work well together. I've learnt quite alot, from visual merchandising the store to running the store when the manager was not around. I enjoy the visual merchandising aspect the most. Working long hours cz of staff being short.

Good experience

As an employee of Boss it's a good environment to work in wherne you get exposed to high end customers and helps one on how to interact with different types of customers. My relationship with Co workers are well as well and assist each other when needed. The most challenging aspect of the job I would say is the fact that all customers are different and should be careful how you approach them as these designer stores can get bad review. With that being said, as a salesman I enjoy enteracting with customers and some how making a difference as well as making them smile when leave as well as getting the customers to come back to the store which is the main objective
