Good day I would like to apply for the advertised Account Manager's position. I have enclosed my CV for consideration of this position. As you will be able to see in my CV, I have been working in positions related to customer services since 2003 when I started working for an IT company as a Junior computer technician. Since then I have gained a great deal of valuable experience, while at the same time attempting to improve my skills every single day and I also completed a course in Customer Relationship Management. I consider myself to be a very outgoing person who likes to discuss ideas and listen to everyone's side of a story. I always strive to be enthusiastic and remain flexible at all times so then I am able to handle tasks and situations that are a little outside my comfort zone.
