Njoli Communication centre was a small company with exciting enviroment working day to day with clients creating their documents and interacting with cleints making sure that they have better service and most clients they do not know what they want unlike Huawei having customers like Cell C who know what they want because I was working on their network and huawei is very cultural diverse company sharing our cultural knowledges with large amount of staff meeting new colegues everyday and working in office and outside. I learned a lot on both of these companies.
Pros: Great learning opportunities
Cons: I was never paid for overtime but I felt priveledged working on these companies,I never complain

Excellent learning

Quick and adaptive to new technologies
I have learnt a lot while working Huawei, experienced in GSM, UMTS and LTE. I work within a team and try my level best to finish a task before a specified deadline.

Contractual renewal yearly not comfortable with this
I have a diverse mind set and my employment history has cultivated me into the strong and ambitious individual I am now . Job security is my priority and the loyalty and integrity is what will convince my decision in future opportunities. It's sad to have all the attributes of a dedicated employee but never get the return discipline from a company perspective. This is at the top of my list going into the market. Pros: Hugh earning potential and promotions to follow
Cons: All Huawei employees are been on a contact of two years and the retained staff rate is very low do to volatile Chinese counterparts

Very difficult workplace
Good in team work all most going along with every employee. Extremely very busy workplace , no rooms for growth Switchboard not friendly user one call at a time., small chinese phone callers loosing temper Meeting face to face with many visitors coming into the office makes me enjoy reception.
Pros: No room for promotion
Cons: Not easy to take leave either sick or annual

Good learning curve
Huawei is a good learning curve, although the working environment is not the healthiest and way employees are treated is troubling and sickening. Huawei has a different working culture than most companies and it is not easy to adjust. The working hours are very long and the deadlines are very strict and unrealistic.

Forced to learn everything without proper training
Extremely very busy workplace I am very good in team work I have learned how to multi task and even do work out of my job scope. Meeting face to face with many visitors No room for growth and no benefits.
