I loved my team we started of our day with motivation and prayer. During the course of the day would motivate each other to be more productive, we challenged each other to be great.

I am learning more and willing to be the best team leader and become a supervisor one day
I enjoy working there as a team leader,in the morning I motivate my team ,updating them about figures ,focus of the day and target, The relationship is very good at work we believe to each other communicate to understand each other and deliver good results . I have learnt a lot at Htn,and I am growing daily learning new things . I enjoy motivating my team ,praising them mostly making my daily target ,coaching my team especially on negotiations , The most challenging is when my team not making target and I have to submit to my superiors .
Pros: I believe if there can be a promotion I can be one of the nominees
Cons: I enjoy being committed to my work,as we start at 7h00 but I am at work daily at 06h30 and we knock off at 16h00 but I always leave work at 17h00 or 18h00 the latest and also work Saturdays.

I am a hard worker a fast learner always willing to learn and I an a responsible person .
I am not working my contract ended on the 6/01/2017. The reason for that I did not make target the challenge was the book that I was working .my target was 700 000 and the most challenge was the clients are not working getting grant so the will pay R 100 or R200 some don't pay at all but they did not consider that .last month I ended up on R612 only missed R188. We were very close with my team understanding each other they also did their best. I learnt a lot from that company skills .approach. Focus. I enjoyed the most when we started having morning meetings and motivating each other and sharing the the challenges we face in our teams and how to overcome and it was motivating daily. The most challenging its when I did not reach my daily targets cz I knew I will not be on target month end ...I am very happy that I did all my best and used all the skills that I have and the ones I got from them but I did not make it but I have gained a lot...I know I am not failer I am ready for the new challange

Great relatations in my work place
Great colleagues , a customer is treated with the best care and services each of can provide. many query's are dealt with efficiently and a a team, when one does not understands colleagues step in to help. The customer care team is jolly , fun to work with , always happy , go out of their way to help one another, welcoming and always got each others back. what i learnt is to always pay attention to detail, listen attentively before responding and always give the best service possible

Excellent learning
I do outgoing calls building relationship with debtors and convince them to pay over the telephone. We work as a team yes we do have individual target but we help each other and also we do have team player we have fun by singing,dancing etc. Learnt to manage to to work because is the most important in call centre and a trust to the debtors. Enjoying when I capturing debit orders because is the main method of payment we are focusing. Challenge is when you don't have debit order you have a frustrations.

Cons: Work from 7-6 helps to get incentive

Fast leaner
I like to work with people and enjoy working with people helping them with Queries arranging payments and responding to the debtors via email. I enjoy Woking with people and interacting with them My relationship with my co-workers is good because we work as team. The most challenging aspects is to be honest to The debtors and know your job and always confirm everything thing necessary before you start your conversation with the client or debtor Have the best negotiations skills Do follow ups Educate the debtor

A stepping stone
Working there a been quiet an experience for as I have learnt so much from my colleagues and superiors but the working hours there are not so good as there is a shift that starts at 10:00 then we knock off at 19:00 and struggle to get transport to go home sometimes
