I developed excellent organization and co-ordination skills through managing solicitors’/directors’ diaries, screening both internal and external telephone calls.

Great learning experience

I have enjoyed every moment in this company it with great unfortunate that they are retrenching. I was responsible for the below : Providing a candidate concierge service to support the recruitment partners in the end- to-end permanent recruitment process, : Liaising directly with hiring managers and managing candidates on a global platform : Providing timeous response to candidates : Raise roles/ Requisitions on the recruitment system : Facilitate offer grids and send them out for approval : Draft and send offers to candidates : Conducting and scheduling interviews

Work in progress

A typical work day is unpredictable with urgent queries or activities. There is a lot of unnecessary stress. There are no realistic key objectives in my specific role which doesn't allow management and myself to evaluate performance properly.

Pros: Close to work, administrative work, good maternity leave and costs to company
Cons: No proper structure with a lot of things
