Leaning a lot from the company

well it doesn't get very hectic unless systems have shut down and clients cant book that's when it gets very stressful causing us to work during Saturdays so we can be able to close calls and as they will be a lot. my co workers well they are the best we have a very good working relationship its more like we are family. besides leaning a lot about systems, the have taught me a lot about the relationship in working environment. when I came here I was very shy and to myself they have welcomed me so well its like we are a family here. getting to know different types of people is by far the most enjoyable thing, and being able to help clients it brings joy basically. having a difficult client on the phone who doesn't want to listen to reason that's difficult but at the same time it comes with the job of working with people you have to be patient even when it gets hard.

Pros: the working hours are very reasonable
Cons: really i do not have

Excellent learning curve

I enjoy travel is my passion, my co-workers are excellent and working in a team is really wonderful as an individual you get to learn new things from one another, I enjoy training a lot its when you get to learn the changes in the industry, cause we learn new things everyday, I enjoy interacting with people and my clients they are awesome to form new relationships and seeing that my clients are happy all the time.

It was worth the experience

I did my internship at rennies travel for 11 months.it was worth the experience i enjoyed and learned a lot from working there,unfortunately the contract came to an end a month earlier than expected because the company was under restructuring.

Pros: Good exposure
Cons: No overtime payment

Oversees educational for Operational

Dealing with Staff queries, helping them understand how they fit into the company Management is professional. Co-workers are helpful and patient . The most enjoyable part of the job is the homely feel Rennies has

Cons: salary too low, cant afford Medical Aid nor to use my car
