Have studied at Damelin for 4 year and still busy with studies

I`m currently a Area Operations Manager and manage 4 production plants with 138 workers and 4 foreman's and 4 supervisors. Bloemfontein, Potchefstroom, Nelspruit and Polokwane. I also do hearings as chairperson, hiring, Have a very good relationship with staff and management. Report directly to director of the company. Work all hours, even at home on weekend still working. I`m a very hard worker and give more that expected.

I did studies at Damelin and SAIM

I currently manage 135 employees at 4 production plants. Sleep out 5 days per month sometimes more, depends on problems in the area. I do IR and HR for the company and do sit downs at the CCMA. I`m a very hard and loyal worker

Pros: Learn new things every day
Cons: Salary low

Excellent Learning Curve

Company with very low remuneration. No future growth and employees development. Employees have low self esteem. Managers are handled as children. Any new initiative is disregarded.

Pros: Great for Learning
Cons: No future prospectus
