Excellent good work experience

I get to meet good people. my mentor is good at what he does. I'm really learning from the best. improved my communication skills. learned a lot on the debtors work. I enjoyed when dealing with the refunds process. every time I go to work, I get self-motivation from my fellow debtors family on how they dedicated and how much they love the job.

Pros: great opportunity for experience
Cons: great work hours

Excellent lerning curve is the Health Sector

Meetings, and more meetings. NEHAWU - Yho! Working with Medical Practitioners is more than tough. The environment is 15 years behind and I am helping to get the environment at a better level in terms of maturity; It's a thankless job, mistakes are frowned upon

Pros: I can be the Consultant that I am
Cons: The Maturity of the environment is very shocking

Professional, friendly environment. Allowed to work from home.

I highly value the professionalism of my colleagues. Being able to work from home is a huge benefit. My direct manager is extremely knowledgeable and does not unnecessarily interfere in my function or micro-manage.

Pros: Great working hours, friendly environment, work from home
Cons: Little opportunity for progression
