Learning curve

List chances of getting a promotion hence people are not evaluated equally and the comparation of qualifications.so far I have been doing acting for supper vision for a period of more than two years yet the are under qualified people who comes in to fill the position

My company is firm in what they do as a company

I ahve started as a forklift driver and worked my way up to a supervisor in 2 years time. I then ingaged in a role as a sales rep and was nominated the sales rep of the year twice. I then went on to get my trade test as a Fitter and are currently working as a Site Supervisor for Howden Power on the Power Stations

Challenging environment

I work very well as a team member and as individual. Working with different customers on a daily basis is challenging yet interesting as I get to develop peoples skills.

Excellent learning curve

ID fans, PA fans FD fans air cooling fans alignment ,Motor changing.daily equipment inspections.task planning and job scoping according to load of the job.booking of hours my team has worked. Attending safety talk meetings PDR meetings with clients. Organising tools for my team and safety equipment to use.

Learning curve

I was trusted with responsebility of handling budget,for buying of tools for the workshop.typical day is a 7:00-16:30 Learnt new keys and other departments rolls of doing things

Pros: Bening in charge of the budget of monthly tool buying
