No promotions and stuck where I am with no benefits
To work for my company is not bad but the thing that there is no benefits and the long hours and no time with my family is not good for us and the top management is also giving us no support at all and that is why its not nice working for my company as I really want to go somewhere in life and here I'm stuck and if given the chance I know I will be a valuable asset to your company.
Pros: Learning a lot about the industry.
Cons: Long working hours and working 7 days a week.

Waking up everyday having a mind set of going to do a job which notice will have an effect on your life is the worst but better than spending the whole day doing nothing. We have a great team work with all the stuff we can be able to get the best results. I always learn that good relationship with ur coworkers is great and u can be able to having good communication and healthy mind set.I enjoy having good company around me and being around people who are are ambitious about their job.most challanging fact is that going to work knowing that you won't be able to improve your life
