I had a very interesting educational career with the company...I archieved a great deal,,,
With this company I enjoyed my working relatationship with all management staff ,, from junior to head office level. My job was mostly very creative and I also indulge in staff training from time to time ,which I tremendously looked forward too. My management style was such that all concerned were most willing to work with me. Whilst at the company I learned a lot regarding managements skills. i actually enjoyed the challenges that I encountered ,which I handled with deft hands. The most challenging aspect I endured was when I had a store opening. Deadlines had to met,attention to detail , punctuality and staff control was top priority.
Pros: promotions was not as I attained many in my job
Cons: working hours was non existent -----the job had to done .....

Working at house and home over the years has thought me whats its like working iwith mpeople
My work involved lots of travelling around the country visiting stores and creating an ambience of very high standards, thereby allowing high volume of customer relations and more sales My relationship with fellow staff is excellent as I am a very much peoples person. I learnt to be more delegent as well became more humble as a person. I enjoyed the chellenges that I was given and accomperlished and designing exhibition stand all over the country etc

Better opportunity
I am a good person,honest & smart who likes to pay attention to details & enjoying working with other people as a team. Am a hard worker who is willing to work more hours to catch up my deadlines & satisfying my colleagues with my good job. Am good listener & a good learner who is willing to learn more.
