 Source Suppliers, quotations and place orders  Source Suppliers, quotations and place orders  Conduct suppliers’ brief session  To ensure the efficient, effective and uniform planning for and procurement of all goods and services required  Ensure that follow-ups are made on orders and we receive the correct Orders as per the requisition.  Ensure that stock delivered is are in good condition and meet the requirement as per the order  Load the stock on system (Accpac,Pastel) and allocated into the correct allocation Transferring the stock to the different location and monitoring all the stock that is in different locations 

Pros: Great oppotunity for promotion and am reliable
Cons: willing to works extra hours to complete my job
