Hospivision Reviews

I would that that working at Hospivision has been an excellent learning curve for me.

- Working hours are flexilble - The co-workers are like family members, having a sense of sticking together even during dry seasons when there is little or no hope for potential funding. - I have learnt to be passionate about my work and not to think of moneh as a priority in life but serving makes a difference to both the one who serves and the recipient. - I like to develop my knowledge by studying in most cases, so Hospivision provides the personel with unlimited study opportunities. - Like any othef NGO, finance is our major challenge, sometimes the dry sesskn drags on for much longef than expected.

Pros: Opportunity to develop academically
Cons: Shortage of qualified staff
