Big oppotunity and learning a lot.

Work review My day is always very busy at work as i do a lot, its at an NGO so we mostly have to do everything as there is no money to pay too many people. I have learnt so much about runnig finances and administration. I enjoy working with peoplee and been able to help them. Themost challenging thing is that we sometimes dont have money to run the place and we do not get paid in time. I am a fast learner and very hard working.

Pros: finance officer/ administrator
Cons: Not getting paid in time

Excellent learning curve

I am responsible for 12 patients every day. I manage their wound care and hand out of medication. I also see to their rehabilitation. I manage and is in charge of four carers. I have learnt to appreciate life working at this institution. the most challenging aspect is to take care of the dying patient.

Pros: great learning curve
Cons: working long hours
