Learing every day to make more money and also to get the CSI correct

Everyday I am very active in reception ensuring that the booking of customers are smooth and should there be any questions to answer it. I am also outside in the morning greeting customers and make sure that the technicians are putting protective materials in the vehicles. After that I check the hours that is booked in versus the hours available. Check that the no shows are contacted and if need be re-book the customer. I check on the cash outstanding, that should be zero or on the premises. Check on all warranty status and request action were necessary. Check on parts that is ordered and arrived that these customers are booked in. I like working with people and train them to be better. I communicate with people on all levels the same. I have learned that we all have our own opinion as long as the end result is the same. I like to see that al staff are happy and also have a good relation with all departmental heads.

Pros: Work smart and hard and you will be rewarded accordinly. Give reconiction were needed and the rest will follow
Cons: I have beeing growing the company since I started at Honda, but the company never reward you and you dont get any increases.

Going over and above

A typical day at work includes: Greet customers in the morning, and check in cars and bikes. open the job cards for the vehicles that you will be working on. Get drivers to take customers away. Bring vehicles into workshop and do assessments for quotations. Give quotations to parts. Phone customers with quotations and repair or service according to quote authorization. send vehicle to wash bay after test. Complete job cards and costing. Load any warranties. Call customers for collection. Hand vehicles over.

Cons: No support from service advisers or management
