Working at Homechoice is great. From a typical day of servicing customers telephoniccally. Assisting witheir queries on billing, missapplied payments, order tracking, etc, to collaborating with fellow staff to resolve all customer concerns. I get on very well with everyone, as the stuff is friendly and warm, and management have an open door policy to accomodate any issues that may arise. Working at homechoice has taught me that everything begins with me. My attitude towards my role determines how well I excell in it. I enjoy working with collegues to make sure we resolve customer's query on that first call. I enjoy earning browny points from customers. The most challenging part is lack of info to resolve some queries timeously.
