this is the fast working environment where we work with a lot of caring and loving staff. we bottle the prepared wine and make it ready for the shelf with best quality. always strive to meet with the international standards. this is a good learning curve for the young people in the industry.

Lovely people

Here is no real structure and the management style is unethical and shocking at best of times. I do however enjoy the staff and my immediate work. Everything about my work a challenge. I have learned so much about what I don't want in a career. But I love the people, the struggle is real and we are all in the same boat

Very good learning curve

high pressure environment, in both the amount of work that needs to be completed, and turnaround of work required. not for the faint hearted. Definately someone that constantly complains and cannot work under pressure or unsupervised, will not last in this company. However the people Working here are all young and dynamic, and they make working here worthwhile.

Gaing experiance is the best

Doing routine analysis and good relationship with co workers,I have gained lot of experience in this company ,I enjoyed working as a team .Taking the decision of the product that must run that is the biggest challenge.

Pros: little times for promotion,
Cons: working saturday 7am-7pm. cant balance your work with your life
