I work in a very challenging environment

It is a very busy company, having various departments. We work 9 hours a day and sometimes we work overtime. We work under preasure whereby we have to make sure we finish all the orders for the day.

Pros: good opportunity for promotion
Cons: long working hours

Great people

Found working there like it was my own business. Family environment but also has corporate values. Good team work and everyone has a passion for not only the business but each other. Seeing the company grow was rewarding and knowing you were appreciated was motivating. Everyone worked together and got on well.

I work hard and i am a fast learner

i like working with my company but they dont pay well and all the managers that i work with they are happy with my job.i have gain so much exprience in a short period of time

Pros: there is no growth in my company
Cons: i work 9 hours without lunch time
