A mega company of 6 divisions and 180 stores

I have for the past 27 years been in senior retail operations positions in a broad sector of the market , footwear , apparel jewellery hardware DIY . I am currently COO of a retail operation started in June, it comprises of 6 divisions that I have created , this includes all strategy , financial models, business plans and HR ,IT structure. I have 180 stores of which one being the flagship of 4000sqm . Prior to this I spent 7 years as senior regional operations with MASSMART/ WALMART running a 1.8 bil operation.
