Sportbook club that plays sportbets including horses, lucky number, soccere ect. We opening mobile accounts for clients to take bets on their mobiles, convince them to buy voucher for placing bets. Wr teach them how to bet on their cellphones and if they win, we show them how to withdraw or transef money from their hollywood mobile acc to their banks acc. We run sport promotions and market the business, giving out t shirts caps keyholders pens that are branded hollywoodbets. I enjoy mostly following on client acc to check if they are still active, fixing problems that would make account inactive. Challenging days are on weekends when its full and we cant accommodate every client at the same time, and when we experience technical system failor. Relationship with workers is very positive because we working together as a team to achieve one common goal

Good

I love working here but the salary it lil, I have so many things to do in life can't really work for transport money only, something I'm being pushed to get more customers daily to register as that what I do as a promoter it really hard cause they want people with id and proof of resident as no one always carry that but can't really complain that much but it tiring looking for a new job cause it really tiring to be waking up everyday to do the same thing but I've learnt so much in this Company beinh reasonable, being able to communicate more , to know the customer is always right and how to treat people.
